Ruby tags are displayed literally as code instead of displaying the ruby text over the characters on the movie/book pages. On initial page load, they’re displayed correctly but after a few milliseconds, all the reviews seem to get reloaded and then the ruby tags break.

Comparison of the ruby rendering on different pages (first from the list of a user’s reviews, then on the movie page and then on the dedicated review page)

Focus on the 3 stages of review rendering. In the first stage, the correct review flashes, then in the second stage, all reviews disappear and finally the reviews come back in a third, stable, enduring stage but at the cost of ruby breakage. I’m refreshing the page multiple times.

Which browser? I’m on Firefox, and have had issues with the spoiler tags… Might be a similar sorta deal

When I’m on the Korean browse pages, my browser tabs are titled “Japanese Books/Videos Difficulty List”… :thinking:

Is there any work around to grading a single book being broken? Ie, a url I can construct to grade something I just finished? I have 500+ gradings to go through if I do the dashboard route and I can’t seem to get to the one I actually want to grade :frowning:

I only have one book I’m trying to grade, which is this one: 黒い森の記憶 | L30 (which just 404’d for a second actually with a plain NGINX page, but on reload it’s back…)
I think the blue grade button is supposed to be somewhere in here…?

I just got a 404 NGINX pg on https://learnnatively.com/book/b7b7071d4a/ (HUNTER x HUNTER vol 1) a little bit ago as well - tho now it’s working normally. Also on Firefox, but that shouldn’t be relevant wrt a 404

Edit: I just ran into it again with https://learnnatively.com/series/09274e2f65/

Oh my, seems like the nextjs app portion is all down.

Edit: Well rebooting it seems to work. I guess I should prioritize adding tracking on the new app :melting_face:

Okay, getting some things fixed, but many more to go. If any of these aren’t fixed, do let me know:

FIXED

The below I believe were resolved with some core issues I fixed… at least as far as I can tell.

  • Fixed - Setting a book as ‘finished’ on the book page and clicking ‘edit’ for the reading dates causes issues (@gillianfaith)
  • Pressing the ‘+ wish list’ on book page doesn’t work / doesn’t update the item (@polv)

The button appears to be slow to load. Perhaps make a skeleton to prevent collapsing?

The “Exclude Personal Library” additional filter doesn’t seem to work on the book search page for me. The hits refresh as a new filter had been applied but it doesn’t actually exclude my personal library.
