I removed the characters that seemed specific to the previous chapter from the table. I just left 香織 since I guess we’ll see more of her eventually from the ending of the previous chapter.
It looks like 類 in this sentence is used to mean “type” or “kind.” When combined with お茶を淹れる, it is implying “things like making tea” or “tasks related to making tea”, broadening the idea to include similar tasks, not just making tea specifically.
