Half a year after moving to Kyoto, high school girl Aoi Mashiro brings her late grandfather’s old scrolls to Kura, an antique store nestled in Kyoto’s Teramachi-Sanjo shopping arcade, for an appraisal. One thing leads to another, and she winds up working there part-time. The manager’s son, Kiyotaka Yagashira—nicknamed the “Holmes of Kyoto”—is uncannily perceptive, and together, they solve strange cases relating to the antiques brought to them by clients.
Club Schedule (starts 8th of July; page count overestimated from counting the same page twice in most cases)
Oh god, it’s so hard to find proper breaks.
The prologue has no interruption until like 2 pages before the end, and runs for 10-11% of the book (depending on the interface I use to open the ebook). That’s 30+ pages Plus, there’s a solid 35+ pages section towards the end (week 9) without any clear break…
That being said, it feels on par with stuff we did before (looking at the NHKにようこそ schedule).
What do people think?
That’s fine
I have a better idea

Additionally, I would appreciate if anyone has the actual page numbers from the physical version.
Thank you! I have updated the pages.
On the one hand, I feel like it would make sense (in terms of length) to move 4-6 to the next week… but I feel it would be frustrating in terms of reading enjoyment.
Quick question on the book title: for the 京都寺町三条 part, is it supposed to be read like 京都・寺町・三条? 京都 is obvious enough; is 寺町 literal? “Temple town”? And 三条… What is this referring to?
Gah, I’m traveling again without computer. I should have put up the next thread… (I thought I would be back earlier, but somehow I was off by two days in my calendar).
I’ll probably just put up a stub on the day, and edit it later.
