If I recall, Chiikawa has some furigana for some of the kanji and, with the handwriting-like font, it is near indecipherable.
Of course, with my old people eyes, furigana on most printed books is so small it may as well not exist.

I finished 水属性の魔法使い 第一部 中央諸国編II | L35?? and I am so mad at the publisher.
They decided to add the first couple of pages of the manga adaptation in celebration of its publication. It contains basically nothing but some quick shots between scenes of the first two volumes as a way of showcasing the main characters… PLUS a spoiler kiss scene between the MC and another character. 
Why?? I was invested in knowing if something would happen between the MC and some of the other characters. Don’t just give the answer!! On, like, page 3 of the manga?? Well, that would certainly be a different read.
I assume @Legato meant for like column notes on the side of the page, or ※ notes, and or あとがき
I find the handwritten ones (like the ones I posted) helpful, but sometimes get momentarily confused, bc I don’t realize it’s furigana. (And in sailor moon, half the time I’m more confused by the kana than the kanji lol)

Finished Fate/kaleid liner プリズマ☆イリヤ ドライ! ! 3 | L27 - it was fine. While I wouldn’t call it easy, the challenge was in vocab, not comprehension - so that’s a nice improvement. I wasn’t as into it this time around, but it may just be that I’m not feeling 100%. Skipped the 3 extras, and don’t plan to read the next volume anytime soon.
80% through マリア様がみてる 28 フレームオブマインド | L29 - the side stories volume I dropped. Really glad I picked it up again. They’re really nice now that I’m not in a rush to finish the main story.
Maybe picking 神さま学校の落ちこぼれ 1 | L25 back up. Maybe starting 神様はじめました 第1巻 | L28

@Naphthalene I finished 穏やか貴族の休暇のすすめ。 | L32! I didn’t actually intend to finish it today, but the second half of the book picked up unexpectedly, and I had to keep reading. 
Apparently the author realized the boys were not nearly handsy enough with each other, and decided to get serious in the second half. It’s a good thing it did pick up; the first half of the book didn’t have me convinced, but now I feel like I’m obligated to at least read book #2 to see how things develop.
I really enjoyed reading the 閑話; リゼル’s earlier “oh I guess someone will come get me if they feel like it; not a big deal” was about as wildly off the mark as I thought. I was really hoping for an illustration of the king , but alas. This also has me thinking: perhaps this book/series had to be reduced to simple BL bait because リゼル is too powerful. 
He clearly has a well-established harem back home, so all I can guess is that he doesn’t want too much infighting amongst his suitors.
I really enjoyed the narrator’s voice in the audiobook all the way through; his ギル voice in particular was

I have seen @shitsurei reading 本好き2; I figure I can sneak in another audiobook before we start 本好き3. Considering わたしの幸せな結婚 | L31, but not entirely sure what I’ll start next. It would be nice to jump down a few levels to something easier; 殺した夫が帰ってきました | L27 or 変な家 | L28, perhaps…
I’m not very far (I’m still catching up on book clubs and just finished my seasonal anime yesterday) but I’m working on it!
It is!! It made a lot of stuff much clearer too - tho there were still some small things I realized I hadn’t quite gotten right, when I watched the Crystal episodes
If you’re not planning to pick up the physical 完全版, I’d go for it. Really wish they’d print the full colored versions - but that almost never happens.
I finally finished マリア様がみてる 28 フレームオブマインド | L29 - the rest of the short stories were delightful, now that I’m not in a rush. A few stories into マリア様がみてる 34 リトルホラーズ | L29 - which so far is okay (I’m not a huge horror person, so I don’t have the highest expectations for this volume)
Started Friends | L28?? (same author, but college students & co-ed setting), and wow I’m into this! A little work to get my bearings, and the language feels a bit harder (tho less flowery) than マリみて. Quite curious to see how it turns out in the end… Unfortunately I have no book budget this month - so I won’t actually be able to read till next month
知ってびっくり! 日本の歴史のお話 後編 | L21 is interesting so far - definitely very simplified history (also it’s covers from 16th Century onward, not 12th). Topics so far have been the introduction of guns by the Portuguese; and Catholic missionaries (Francis Xavier specifically). Next is 川中島の戦い, then onto the 安土桃山時代 section
Maybe reading 神様はじめました 第1巻 | L28 or たとえとどかぬ糸だとしても | L25 soon too
Finally finished all 3 stories and left a review. tldr: I can see where 白い部屋のふたり solidified a lot of modern yuri tropes, and the remaining two stories were interesting as well (Story 2 is a non-romantic sibling love story, and Story 3 is a girl struggling with her new family, from her father’s remarriage). None of them exactly have a happy ending. They’re a bit hard to read, due to small font size, but I enjoyed.
I’m curious to eventually read ゲッシング・ゲーム | L29 (BL, same author), but it’s also out of print. Also would love to find a copy of シークレット・ラブ | L24?? (the other first 1970s manga to depict a romantic love btwn two women - though it involves a love triangle with a male character)… or basically any other Year24 Group or 1970-80s yuri works
This wasn’t too difficult to find secondhand online for me if you ever do go looking.
Where did you find it? It’s more that it’s a little more annoying, and far less cost-effective than stuff that’s not OOP (or at least not also on Suruga-ya)
So I’ll get to it eventually, but it’s much lower on the list

Finished レトロゲ(1) | L27 - the ending was sweet, and book 2 so far is good, but more story/character development and not quite as deep divey so far. So at least halfway through, it’s not as exciting for me (but is still good). For better or worse, we’ve lost the formulaic element. Might try to catch up with the latest chapters, when I finish it next lesson, if Pocket Shounen isn’t a pain about international payments… then again, I haven’t been keeping up with my ongoing manga series very well anyway
