Frankly I just have a lot of manga on my wishlist and habitually check it in various sort orders, mainly by price. If a few series are on sale it usually means a ‘new wave’ of deals is about, at which point I just have a look around generally.
Amazon’s surfacing of deals is garbage though and the fact I have to fight it like this is infuriating
/edit also, generally speaking, if something is 11y on CMOA/Bookwalker et al it will also be that price on Amazon, so that’s another easier way of looking for stuff. For example, after looking at the CMOA above, I just grabbed Quintessential Quinteuplets 1-3, Rent-a-Girlfriend 1-3 and Love after World Domination 1 as well for 11y each.

For those who prefer physical books, cdjapan has one of its periodic discount coupon offers running 1-3 Jan (so a day and a half left as I write this). 200 yen off for an order of 4000 yen or more, 700 off 8000, or 1100 yen off a 11000 yen order.

I noticed a bunch of 僕の心のやばいやつ is on sale probably because another season of the anime is airing. About 250y each for the first 5 volumes or so.
I believe Harta stuff is also on sale on Bookwalker due to Dungeon Meshi airing, probably on Amazon too but I haven’t looked just yet. Mostly around the 300y mark with the first 2 vols of Meshi free to read (but not to keep)
